Mr Tim Biggs is a fellowship-trained Consultant ENT Surgeon based at Portsmouth University Hospitals NHS Trust, with subspecialist expertise in rhinology, including complex sinus and nasal surgery and facial plastic surgery. His NHS and private practice spans both functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty, alongside advanced sinus surgery and reconstruction.
Tim undertakes his facial plastics (including Septorhinoplasty and Rhinoplasty) at the Adnova Clinic (Fareham) and all other ENT private practice (including all forms of nasal blockage and sinus surgery) at Medicana Winchester.
Training
Graduated with MB BCh from Cardiff University and initially served as a British Army Medical Officer
Completed higher surgical training in ENT within the Wessex Deanery, as an NIHR academic trainee
Awarded a PhD in Rhinology (University of Southampton) as part of the NIHR Academic Clinical Programme, investigating immunopathological mechanisms in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps
Undertook prestigious Advanced Fellowships in Rhinology, Anterior Skull Base Surgery, and Facial Plastic Surgery (including reconstructive work such as skin cancer, secondary rhinoplasty)
Board Certified in Cosmetic Nasal Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons
